A. Have I started shopping for the holidays
Answer - nope, not one thing, not even wrapping paper yet - is Christmas coming? Really? I am in denial and totally unprepared

B. Do we budget - in years past we have budgeted family and kids gifts and the last couple of years we have waited until after Christmas to buy each other a gift which has been fun!

wrapping paper is one thing I do not have to buy... I bought so much last year that I have plenty this year... opps! Well, actually it might be a good thing, right? Cross one thing of my list, ha ha ha!
okay, i don't feel so badly now!
I'm totally unprepared too. I can't believe it's November already, and I saw snow today. This month needs to be longer, or I'll never get any shopping done.
